Role & responsibilities :

1. Preparation of Monthly GSTR1 , 3B data with 2A/2B-Reconciliation and filling return without fail before due date

2. Preparation of ISD - Returns, Working with Reconciliation and filling Return

3. Monthly GST Liability Payment ( RCM )

4. GST Refund Claim Working, Filling and Resolving All query - GST Officer (GST Department Personally Visit To GST Dept.) And taking Follow- up To sanction and final Disbursement of claim

5. All Accounting Entries, Credit Balance Effect Immediately Utilized Our GST Payable Liability And GST Refund

6. ECL Balance And Our Book Balance Controlling / Matching every GST Return And refund Filling movement

7. All Month Closing Entry And GL Reconciliation With GST Book ( ECL , Cash Ledger ) And Our Book Of Account

8. Preparation Of GSTR 9 And 9C All Working And Filling Return

9. Import Duty Payment ( Bill Of Entry Payment )

10. Evaluate for any scheme for the Tax Saving or Mitigate of Ouflow of GST, All Working Preparation and Match with Our Financial And Claim Filling Process help with consultant in our Domestic Plant

11. Handling of GST Appeal matter , presentation, Assessments , handling of Litigations

12. Assessment – GST, VAT Assessment - Preparation Of All Data Checking And Matching with VAT Audit Report 704 And Reconcile J1 J2 Difference And Collecting Electronic Ledger From our Supplier And Submit To Sales tax Officer With All Communication ( Resolving All related Query ) And Successfully final Order Completion
