• Mines Development & Production Planning.
• Handled mining operation, drilling & blasting and mine plan.
• Working bench & face development as per mine plan.
• Ensuring safety at the mines.
• Planning coordinating & monitoring all the mines, activities as per mining acts, rules & regulations.
• Evaluate every month costing report of the mines.
• Preparing the costing report of loading cost, dealing cost, explosive cost and transporting cost etc.
• Manpower planning for all mining activities.
• To ensure, optimum availability of Mining Equipment in good working condition with maximum output.
• To ensure the required Quality & Quantity of stone to Supply the crusher.
