It's hard working people company, which led it upto this position and It became top tan infrastructre of India.

By the way all are okey with it but there is a little bit possibility of improvment of side accomndation for staff.. Like food, living places etc.

There are lots of politics, peoples with their superiors making teams and if you have any godfather in the company you may get all benefits otherwise just face harassment and do your job with earning of zero in all fields

Dislikes

There are nothing for an employee. If you are not doing "Pa-lagan" or "salute" to your superior, You should not get any promotions, increment & there are no chance to grow yourself. The "chamcha" gang with the help of Top management of the company harassing & torturing to employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
