Scrum Master - Project Management (5-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Program Manager Scrum Master to lead our software release and Agile transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for forward planning release windows, managing release risks, introducing the Scrum framework, and ensuring seamless coordination across development teams.

You will also serve as a Technical Lead, leveraging your Java skills and technical expertise to drive project success and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities :

- Forward plan release windows and manage release risks across multiple locations.

- Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities, ensuring alignment with key partners and development teams.

- Define and implement processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines for Software Configuration and Building Management.

- Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and development teams.

- Plan, develop, and coordinate software releases, ensuring consistency between development and production environments.

- Manage rollout schedules, implementation plans, and activities across all functional groups.

- Introduce and implement the Scrum framework across projects.

- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and business Go/No-Go review meetings.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.

- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.

-Manage ambiguity by connecting with individuals and external teams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

- Assess, identify, document, and manage issues, risks, assumptions, action items, and decisions.

- Drive the team to resolve potential code conflicts across different project teams.

Incident Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) :

- Manage the incident management queue and drive the team to achieve results.

- Drive the team to maintain deliverable Requests for Change (RFCs) and adhere to agreed-upon SLAs.

- Serve as a Technical Lead, providing technical guidance and support to development teams.

- Leverage Java skills to understand and resolve technical issues.

- Ensure the consistency of development and production environments.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Extensive experience in software release management and Agile methodologies.

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Technical Lead.

- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.

- Experience managing complex software releases and implementations.

- Experience with Incident management and SLA management
