Business Analyst/Scrum Master (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translating business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models.

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

- Identifying gaps in existing processes and recommending improvements.

- Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

- Ensuring alignment of all deliverables with business objectives and strategic goals.

- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps or other tools to track project progress, analyze KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

- Providing insights into project metrics, team velocity, and sprint performance.

- Leading and facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Promoting Agile best practices and coaching team members on Scrum principles, values, and techniques.

- Helping the team identify and remove impediments to progress.

- Working with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

- Ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, concise, actionable, and testable.

- Utilizing Azure DevOps for sprint planning, task management, issue tracking, and progress reporting.

- Configuring and maintaining Azure Boards, pipelines, and other DevOps tools.

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality products.

- Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

- You have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related role.

- You have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.

- You are proficient in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and release management.

- You have experience with process modeling and workflow tools.

- You have a solid understanding of the SDLC within an Agile environment.

- You have strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- You are an expert in creating user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.

- You have prior experience working in the Financial domain with a strong understanding of Taxation and Auditing concepts.

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- You are a strong problem-solver with exceptional decision-making and analytical abilities.

- You can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- You are a skilled facilitator, negotiator, and conflict resolver.
