Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive the success of our Scrum Agile process and lead product development teams through all stages of the SDLC. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering collaboration across engineering, product management, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the Scrum Agile process and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Lead product development teams through design, coding, and release.

- Hands-on technical work including architecture & design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting (up to 40%).

- Enforce coding standards, best practices, and drive automation.

- Mentor engineers and help drive their technical growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the lifecycle.

- Oversee testing, deployment, and incident management to ensure product stability.

- Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on high-quality software.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in product development, with 3+ years in leadership.

- Strong Java full-stack experience.

- Expertise in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in SaaS or financial services is a plus.
