Job Title : Senior Product Architect

Location and Job Type : Bangalore, Full Time

Experience : 15 - 20 Years of Professional experience in Product Architecture and Design

Role Dimensions :

- Work towards transforming the existing ASP .Net core Product Architecture to the latest technology stack for requirements like search, scan, web, API, UI, database base publishing, workflow, and data handling requirements.

- The architectural and product transformation is focused on microservices and cloud architecture models for scalability, interoperability, and performance needs.

- Being well-versed with full-stack technology is desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, and testing) to review existing architecture, refine, and define and design optimal, scalable, good performance, maintainability, and robust product architecture for future.

- Evaluate, assess appropriate technologies, frameworks from industry practices and recommend the design for product development.

- Provide mentorship, guidance to junior architects and engineering team in agile development model to make them a high performing team.

- Hands-on deep-dive into technology development, troubleshooting, and supporting teams at the time of implementation and deployments

- Design consideration to include meeting performance/responsiveness expectation, design of APIs for easy adaptability modules and components into 3rd Party products and client systems.

- Understanding the latest industry-recognized architectural frameworks, and standards and adopting the same in product transformation is necessary to stay current in the industry

Qualifications and Desired Skill :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

- Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in designing product architecture and software development.

- Full-stack architecture and design skills is desirable

- Experience in Data Discovery, Classification, Data Privacy related products, and platforms is preferred

- Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
