Admin Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Management:
• Greet and manage visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for guests.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently, providing appropriate help.
2. Housekeeping Management:
• Oversee daily housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure regular restocking.
3. Facility Management:
• Ensure the workplace environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Assist in managing the office facilities, including meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Handle basic maintenance requests and coordinate with service providers when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest management, or housekeeping management.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Education: A graduate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
