Role & responsibilities
▪ Will be responsible for qualifying generated lead through BANT criteria for new Business revenue as per the assigned quota.
▪ Will be responsible for gathering competition intelligence and latest market trends in Sales Intelligence industry.
▪ Will be responsible for managing pipeline in CRM.
Will be responsible for follow-ups and responding to customer queries within the defined TAT
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Post Graduate
Required Skillsets
▪ 1-5 years of B2B/B2C Lead Generation/Inside sales experience/End to End Closure
▪ Customer service orientation
▪ Resilience & Flexibility
▪ Analytical / Logical thinking
▪ Troubleshooting analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
▪ Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Products/ Services)
▪ IT Hardware knowledge will be an added advantage
▪ Ability to take ownership and work independently
▪ Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
▪ Must have excellent account management skills including office administration and internal communications
▪ Able to demonstrate the ability of closing sales opportunities winning business
Preferred candidate profile
Desired Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills ( ENGLISH ) With Minimum 1 Year Experience into IT Hardware / Software Sales Only ( Tele Sales ). END TO END SALES.
