.You Will Be Responsible For

Tele Account Manager- Demand Generation JOB ROLE: As a Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for identifying and nurturing leads to drive revenue growth. Your strategic mindset and creative approach will be instrumental in developing and executing effective lead generation campaigns. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Utilize your expertise in lead generation tactics to identify and engage potential leads through various channels, with a focus on LinkedIn. • Cold Calling the potential leads and converting it to MQL. • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets. • Develop targeted messaging and content to capture the interest of prospects and drive engagement. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and optimizing conversion rates. • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers through personalized outreach and strategic follow-ups. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation efforts and align with overall business objectives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation to continually improve strategies and tactics. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Strong attention to detail.

The Successful Candidate

• A graduate with atleast 1year of B2B, IT solution sales, Software solution sales,in a reputed firm.
• Knowledge and experience in sales of IT Software - Services /Products and Client management..
• Excellent sales aptitude with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills
• Passionate, Aggressive & Go getter attitude with team management experience.
