Sales Trainer

Job Description:
The key responsibility of the trainer will be to create relevant content, be able to engage audience during delivery, check application of learnings & be able to measure impact of learning programs. Other deliverables include:

• Prepare employees for required competencies; providing resources and assistance to fill the skillset gap &defined objectives.
• Determine training needs across different projects & develop training programs to ensure role readiness for current & future role.
• Create Impact by productivity increase.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
• Be able to develop impact driven customised training content/ learning material like decks, scripts, FAQ documents etc.
• Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results like productivity increase, efficient increasing, AHT as needed.
• Managing design and development projects for creating new learning interventions

Requirement

• Experience: min 3 years in similar role, overall exp of at least 6 years
• Education: Min. qualification: Graduation
• Should have prior experience of training delivery for a variety of audience on topics including but not limited to sales, consultative selling, building proficiencies for tele sales etc.
• Basis TNI & requirement be able to develop training collaterals. Proven experience in developing engaging content as per need.
• Experience in a sales environment & understanding of different sales channels (Demand gen, Retail, Partner etc B2B, Tech preferred) is preferred.
• Should be an excellent orator & have mastery in the training delivery skills & make training sessions engaging & value driven.
• Able to conduct group sessions, one-one trainings, Feedback sessions, call calibration both in -person & virtually.
• Knowledge of different training methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal. Presentation and Articulation Skills, Stakeholder Management
• Ability to work in complex sales environment.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge & experience in different content development tools will be preferred.
