Sales Trainer

Role & responsibilities

Deliver functional training for field sales, revenue and supply functions at a pre-decided frequency

Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, ensuring they are aligned with the organizational goals

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Add and plan for refresher sessions / re-training as necessary

Maintain detailed records of training activities and participant progress

Offer ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training, addressing any queries and providing additional resources as needed

Preferred candidate profile

1.Atleast 2 years of training experience

2.B2B Sales , Hospitality and fintech Sales trainer experience.
