Tele-Account-Manager (TPAM) would be responsible for profiling, identifying and attracting new customers with extended duties to maintaining and grow current customer accounts.

TPAM would be for facilitating customer-focused solutions to bring the best of all products offerings to the marketplace.

1) Create a customer strategy to cross-sell products tailored to each account based on needs. 2) Grow the business with the customer accounts and identify new customer accounts to develop new businesses. 3) Actively pursue transactional and value-based selling. 4) Meet and/or exceeding end to end sales Target (generating BANT qualified Leads till closure). 5) Maintaining sufficient pipeline to close & meet business objectives on Daily/Weekly/Quarterly basis

# Requirement for experienced Tele-Callers for in IT Software Sales/SAAS sales # Understanding of IT Infrastructure. # Looking for Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively # Candidates with flair for Market-Research, pre-work Activities or Background-Studies preferred # Ideal candidate should be able to initiate, handle & conclude Software / IT Infra based Sales discussion # Minimum Work-Experience of 5+ Years in Software/SAAS/Cloud/Technology Sales background in India Relationship for end to end closure

▪ Experience within a sales and account management background

▪ Experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels

▪ End to End Closures

▪ 20% Travelling (Client Visit) is required across the country as per Denave travelling guidelines/policies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
