Job Purpose

We are looking for Tele Partner Account Manager who will engage with identified Enterprise/SMB accounts provided by TATA in India region with ability to work in a complex environment. Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the clients products(Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers

Tele Partner Account Manager Responsibilities


  • Engage with identified Enterprise/SMB accounts provided by TATA in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the clients products(Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
  • Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line of TATA
  • To manage the existing campaign leads and convert them into sales opportunities through cross-selling / upselling via tele contact with customers
  • In case the lead is in Nurture, follow the same through different nurture Engines.
  • Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned accounts with documented account plans
  • Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines.
  • Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales/service advisors
  • Qualify and examine opportunities and create accounts in CRM tool.
  • To build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients & customers.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service at all times
  • Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
