Consultant-Health Plan Modernisation

The work you will do includes:

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify solution needs.

Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.

Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of health plan platforms.

Provide support and training to end-users on health plan platform functionalities.

Understand the business architecture of health plans, including organizational structure, business processes, and information flows.

Assist in mapping business processes to technology solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Develop a strong understanding of health plan processes, including L2 and L3 processes for one or two functions or capability groups.

Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on health plan operations and recommend adoption strategies.
