Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Position: Senior Process executive- US Health

Experience: 1- 4 Years

Location: Mysore

Education: Graduation BSc or Science Background only

Shifts: Night Shift (4:30 PM or 6:30PM login)

Position Summary

• Review Appeal received from the Provider understand appeal and process the cases as per the SOP.
• Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures. Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines.

Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

• Active reading, writing and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue.
• Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues, evaluate solutions and work with their colleagues to resolve issues
• Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.

Experience Requirement:

• 12 months working experience in US Healthcare Claims
• Experience of working competitive environment
• Ability to Multitask

Required skill set

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
• Customer focused
• Self-Motivated

Job duties and responsibilities

• Working on the No surprise Act claims as per SOP
• Weekly Reports

Education and other requirement

• Science Graduate
• Willingness to work in US shifts timings
• No work from home
• Only Immediate Joiners
