- Analysis for the current business practice.

- Coordinate with the operations manager to take the required steps after brainstorming and research.

- Supervise the strategy, and make sure that all the employees respect this strategy.
- Work regularly in improving the companys operations performance.
- Also, the deputy operations manager works in certain cases in touch with the clients to make sure that they receive the required service with the highest quality.

Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work.
