Assistant Manager-Claims-Non-Clinical

ADMINISTRATIVE:

• To monitor the assigned tasks of claims teams:
• Work in progress
• Turnaround Time
• Productivity of the team
• Productivity of the team members
• To plan the resources required for processing claims
• To monitor the claims of the clients.
• To handle escalation.
• To attend to any other assignments assigned from time to time.

FUNCTIONAL:

• To maintain accuracy in settlement of claims.
• Good arithmetic and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills.
• Good at medical terminology

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in BAMS, BDS, BAMS, BSc Nursing, Msc Nursing.
• Only TPA experience candidates are considered.
• Looking for Male Candidates who are willing to work for night shifts
