Epic Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to clients on Epic Systems, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of their electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions using Epic's certified applications.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on Epic's EHR modules, including data entry, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Epic system performance, data integrity, and user access management.

Job Requirements :

• Certification in one or more Epic application(s).
• 1-10 years of experience working with Epic Systems or similar EHR platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
