MEP Head

1. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the MEP engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure the teams adherence to project timelines.
2. Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into interior design projects.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP services to ensure they meet project requirements and management s expectations.
3. Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality control processes for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the highest level of quality in MEP design and implementation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as interior design, project management, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure effective MEP integration.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all MEP designs and installations comply with relevant local, national, and international codes and standards.
Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting MEP systems and update practices accordingly.
6. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP systems, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Engineering Minimum Job Experience: 8-12 years Reporting to: CMD Travel: Travelling as and when required
