Styling and Visual Content Manager

We are now looking for a Styling and Visual Content Manager to shape the visual and content strategy for our products and digital platforms.

Role Overview:

The Styling and Visual Content Manager will be responsible for leading the styling, content creation, and visual strategy for Della Luxury Products. This includes managing product photography, social media content, and coordinating with designers for both digital and physical projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion styling, with strong experience in content creation, social media management, and product shoots. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Chairman and Managing Director to align content and visual strategies with the company’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Visual Strategy:

• Develop and execute content creation strategies for product lines, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Jimmy Mistry on creating impactful content for the Della website and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with Della’s luxury brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

2. Styling & Product Photography:

• Style products for photoshoots, maintaining high standards of luxury aesthetics.
• Oversee and direct product photography and videography, ensuring that visuals are of premium quality.
• Manage photoshoot logistics, including concept development, location scouting, and execution.

3. Social Media Strategy:

• Design and implement social media strategies to promote Della’s product offerings and brand story.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including styling tips, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content from photoshoots.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance to refine content strategies and enhance engagement.

4. Graphic Design:

• Contribute to basic graphic design tasks for digital and social media content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with external designers when necessary to produce high-quality marketing materials.

5. Collaboration with Designers & Photographers:

• Coordinate with both Indian and international architects, interior designers, and photographers to maintain a consistent visual language for Della Luxury Products.
• Work on design elements for website landing pages and ensure alignment with the overall brand aesthetic.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Styling, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in fashion styling, content creation, social media strategy, and product photography.
• Strong knowledge of product styling and managing photoshoots, especially for luxury products.
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A keen eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
• Flexible Hours: Longer working hours may be required during the initial launch phase.
• Travel: Frequent travel will be required, as instructed by the management.
• Reporting Structure: The candidate will report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director.
