Deputy Chief Architect

Job Description:
As an Architect at Della Group, you will play a key role in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This position requires a creative, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working flexible hours, including site visits and project-related travel. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international partners, reporting to the Head of Department while ensuring adherence to design standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and designs for luxury homes, offices, and hospitality projects.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
Conduct site visits to supervise construction, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any onsite challenges.
Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and present design proposals.
Work closely with global architects and designers to integrate international trends and innovations into projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Participate in design reviews, offering innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements: .
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
