Della Luxury Products is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and website management, with expertise in WordPress and PHP development to enhance and optimize our online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Strategy Operations:
Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to increase traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize the company s e-commerce website (performance, UI/UX, and functionality).
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and returns management.
Ensure secure and seamless payment gateway integration.
2. Technical Software Management:
Manage and maintain the WordPress-based e-commerce website (WooCommerce or custom PHP-based solutions).
Develop, customize, and troubleshoot website functionalities using PHP, WordPress, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Optimize website speed, performance, security, and SEO compliance.
Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
Monitor website analytics and generate reports using Google Analytics and other data tools.
3. Digital Marketing Growth:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing).
Optimize the website for SEO and paid search (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic.
Manage social media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations for brand visibility.
Improve customer engagement through email marketing, retargeting, and personalized promotions.
4. Customer Experience Retention:
Enhance the shopping experience with a seamless and user-friendly interface.
Implement AI-driven chatbots, live chat, and customer engagement tools.
Monitor customer feedback and improve the online shopping journey.
Requirements:
6- 8 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a luxury or premium brand.
Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience in WooCommerce and custom PHP-based website development.
Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
Experience with ERP, CRM, and third-party software integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
