Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead and mentor junior security professionals.

Develop and implement security governance frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Security Governance.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Managed Cloud Security Services.

Strong understanding of security risk management.

Experience in developing security policies and procedures.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.

Ability to conduct security assessments and audits.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Security Governance.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
