Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and managing the delivery team. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects

Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets)

Ensure the successful execution of projects

Manage the delivery team
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow

Good To Have Skills:Experience with IEC 62443 certification

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles

Experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST

Familiarity with security technologies and tools

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow

This position is based at our Kolkata office
