Summary:As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements related to Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve working with Workday US Absence Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements related to Workday Core HCM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Ensure the quality of the application design and implementation.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Workday US Absence Management and Workday Core HCM.

Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM.

Experience in designing and implementing Workday US Absence Management.

Experience in Workday integrations.

Experience in Workday security and reporting. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field.
