Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and their integration with the Workday Core Integrations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing requirements, and designing efficient solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Extend.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Workday modules.

Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations and their implementation.

Experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio.

Knowledge of Workday Extend and its capabilities.

Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

Workday Core Integrations Experience and certification is mandatory.
