Summary:
As a Security Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Your typical day will involve assessing, managing, and ensuring compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes related to Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions related to Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- Assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes related to SIEM Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of security solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful delivery of security solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technologies and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong understanding of security risk management and compliance.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
