Brief Description

The process of POD Cell consists of collecting original PODs, after each & every B2B deliveries. We may

have to produce this document to our client after billing or dispute. This includes the storing of the POD

documents for up to 2 years as per govt compliance & law with team of 40 People.

Tasks

HPOD Audit Managing POD Cell.


The Operations team connects each & every PODs through a document waybill number which is being

delivered to POD cell. On a daily basis, POD cell receives some bags from PAN India locations which

contains the the original PODs.


• Receiving POD bags & apply appropriate NSL on the bags.

• Scanning the image of each & every PODs on the same day after receiving of the POD bag.

• Keeping the scan image of the PODs safely in the system.

• Scanning bar code of every PODs to apply the appropriate NSL on LR level.

• Mark the NSL wherever the original PODs are not received.

• Mark the NSL wherever xerox POD/ Stamp missing PODs are damage PODs received.

• Follow up for the pending PODs with Operations team.

• Sharing the missing PODs or Pending PODs report to entire Ops including the top management.

• Sharing the PODs along with the invoices to the clients, who needs the original PODs along with

the invoices for bill processing.

• Sharing Billing report, pendency report, on the basis on pod availability for billing purpose

• Scanning and auditing Original PODs.
