Full Stack Web Developer - Frontend & Backend Technologies (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of high-quality web applications across the full stack.

We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for building robust and scalable web solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to :

1. Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js

2. Backend : Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails

3. Databases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)

4. Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP

- Develop and integrate APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and third-party services.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technology & Best Practices :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices, such as writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Embrace agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one popular JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with at least one backend programming language (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java).

- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.

- Good understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines).

- Contributions to open-source projects.
