Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js (3-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Total experience of 3+ years in Full stack development

- Be involved and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery - from solution design, estimation, development, testing and deployment

- 2+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, debugging of Python applications

- 2+ years experience with design & developing using Nodejs

- 2+ years experience with design & developing Java script

- 2+ years experience in front-end development with strong skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, TypeScript, Javascript

- 3+ years experience with database systems including SQL or NoSQL data stores

- 3+ years Experience in development and design of CICD & other automation frameworks

- Experience on unit test and API Automation test development and execution

- Ability to write high-performance, reusable code, including appropriate testing

- Ability to lead squads and coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Ability to conceptualize and interpret new architecture designs.

- Uphold quality standards including reliability, efficiency, security, maintainability and usability by applying best practice processes, methodologies and tools

- Proven oral/written communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize under pressure

- Understanding of Agile Development principles and practices

- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- 2+ years of relevant experience with technologies like NoSQL DB , Git, Jenkins and build tools like Maven/Gradle is much preferred.

- 3+ years experience cloud-native technologies including Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, or OpenShift

- Familiarity with Cassandra, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Flink and/or Kafka.

- Familiarity with other programming models and open standards

Role & responsibilities :

- Genesys skillset is mandatory

- Strong knowledge and experience with React, Python (FastAPI)

- Proficient with SQL databases, vector databases, and CRM systems

- Experience with messaging queues (eg. Kafka) and Redis and worked with communication systems like Genesys Engage

- Familiar with CI/CD tools and containerization using Docker. Experience developing and deploying chatbots is a plus
