The Marketing and Sales Intern plays a vital role in supporting the overall marketing and sales initiatives of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support sales teams in preparing presentations and sales materials.
- Engage in customer outreach through email and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas.
- Collect and analyze consumer feedback to improve marketing techniques.
- Help maintain the companys social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for promotional events.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and client consultations.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content, such as blogs and newsletters.
- Assist in managing and updating the customer database.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to increase knowledge.
- Support the administrative aspects of the marketing and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or BBM degree.
- Strong academic record in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms for business marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
- Understanding of CRM software is beneficial.
- Legally authorized to work in the location of the internship.
