Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies: Utilize various channels, including online job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and participate in in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
