Executive Assistant To the Chief Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Debt Angels Venture Private Limited in Mumbai.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

• Providing executive administrative assistance
• Scheduling meetings with various stakeholders in the industry, including bankers, family offices, debt VCs, and corporates
• Providing executive and HR support
• Managing expense reports and diary management
• The role may involve travel within and outside of Mumbai.

Qualifications :

• Experience in providing executive administrative assistance and support
• Expertise in managing expense reports and diary management
• Strong administrative assistance skills

Additional Skills and Qualifications (Preferred):

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in the finance or startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to fix meetings through LinkedIn and cold calls

Remuneration:

The salary for this position will be between INR 50,000 to INR 1,00,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set.
