Job Description
- Collaborating with architects, site supervisor and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Site Inspection
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the progress of the project.
Quality Control
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets specified standards and regulations.
- Conducting inspections of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with project requirements.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and write AutoCAD drawings and skilled with Revit architecture software
- Ability to operate theodolite and dumpy level.
Coordination with Subcontractors
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Preparing sub contractor invoices
Health and Safety Compliance
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Conducting safety briefings and promoting a safe working environment.
Progress Reporting
- Providing regular progress reports to Site Manager and stakeholders.
- Documenting construction activities and maintaining accurate records.
Problem-solving
- Addressing unexpected challenges or changes in project scope.
- Developing and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles and keep the project on track.
Communication
- Facilitating communication between various parties involved in the construction project.
- Responding to inquiries and providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
Documentation
- Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Testing and Commissioning
- Overseeing the testing and commissioning of systems and components to ensure functionality and
performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a site engineer, at least 1 year of complete site management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
- Must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering
- Tech Savvy Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit software.
