- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure construction work meets
specified standards. - Conducting regular inspections to verify compliance with project requirements.
Budget Management
- Assisting in the preparation and management of project budgets.
- Monitoring and controlling costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conducting safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
Coordination with Stakeholders
- Facilitating communication and coordination among various project stakeholders, including
architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. - Addressing and resolving issues that may arise during construction.
Progress Reporting
- Providing regular progress reports to higher management and project stakeholders.
- Documenting and communicating any changes to the project scope or schedule.
Resource Management
- Managing the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure
efficient project execution. - Addressing resource constraints and optimizing productivity.
Problem-solving
- Identifying and resolving challenges or obstacles that may impact project progress.
- Developing and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Documentation
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports,
records, and correspondence.
Client Relations
- Interacting with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
- Providing updates on project progress and ensuring client satisfaction.
Testing and Commissioning
- Overseeing the testing and commissioning of systems and components to ensure functionality
and compliance with project requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a site supervisor, managed a team and has strong
knowledge on the construction process - Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi is must
- Must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering
- Tech Savvy Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit software. (please confirm on this)
