Job Description
- To maintain the bucket balances and reduce NPA on the bank s book across Cards portfolio of Partnership and Proprietary cards
- Ensuring that effective tools are applied to recovery losses
- Ensuring all the data requirements are managed well for any inputs needed for analytics , legal inputs, etc.
- Manage the team of Zonal, Regional, Clusters Managers PAN India
- Setting Collection goals and targets for the Cards unit
- Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection efficiency across buckets.
- Preparing and Implementing collection policies
- Implementation of C score models and monitoring of portfolio in alignment to the score card
- Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with Regulatory guidelines
- Working in coordination with Co-Branded Partners on ensuring the Specific provisions are well within the budgets
- Ensuring governance and compliance pertaining to digital lending and credit cards
- Training and mentoring of staff members in the collections department.
- Managing the telecalling unit for Pre-Due and Pre X buckets and ensure SLA on TC productivity, efficiency
- Responsible for Field Debt Collection of Credit Card Pan India.
- Personal Visit to high POS and Critical customers.
- Identifying the Collection Agencies in the respective Location for Capacity building.
- Managing Agencies and Collection Executives of Agency.
- Ensuring timely allocation in automated environment.
- Delivery of Critical Collection Performance metrics in the location for Cards.
- Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits.
- Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Continuously monitoring collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
- Handle customer issues escalations.
- Ensuring documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets.
- Ensuring adequate Feet on Street availability bucket-wise / segment-wise.
- Report for support on mechanism for legal / police issues.
- Ensuring audit queries are complied with ensuring corrective and preventive action.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies / collection executives monitoring performance against set parameters like DRR and weekly milestones and daily review of agency field executives and agency in the location.
- Delivering AOP targets.
- Working on implementation of Collection Management system for India Consumer business
- Liasoning with local regional technology team for timely delivery of various Collection system module
- Acting as a back-up to system administrator for CMS
- Preparing training document for Collection Management system
- At least 15 years of experience in Retail Collection( Experience in Credit Cards collections is a must)
- Graduate/Post Graduate along with sound domain knowledge in Retail Collections
