Finance Certinia Administrator

A successful candidate will have: * Record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce / Certinia Platform

* Strong technical and data management skills as well as a good understanding of data structure and business processes

* Strong track record of executing well on daily tasks and have experience in importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling within the Salesforce

com environment

* Record of success in leveraging relevant Salesforce / Certinia Platform data in key executive KPI dashboards both internal and external to the Salesforce environment

* Need to work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Order Management, and our core program business processes

Finance Certinia Admin: * A successful candidate: * Will be able to understand the current environment, identify architecture improvements, and work with Finance business leaders on net-new requirements

* Must have a background working with the following Financial Certinia modules: * Billing Central * Accounting * Order and Inventory Management * Revenue Management * Conga * Business Analytics

* Will need a basic understanding of accounting practices to effectively support the Finance modules day-to-day

* Should have experience partnering with Finance teams - specifically working closely with the Controller

Scope/Level of Decision Making: * This is a position responsible for driving the data and operational needs of Onix as a whole as it relates to Salesforce / Certinia Platform

* You ll work with the Salesforce System Admin Team to ensure the platform meets the needs of the business users

* In this position, you ll be responsible for both creating and ensuring Finance processes are followed and improved

* You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing reporting on internal and external KPI dashboards and establishing and maintaining data quality requirements

Primary Responsibilities: The Finance Certinia Administrator is responsible for ensuring that correct processes are being followed and that a level of governance is consistent across all Onix teams within Salesforce / Certinia Platform

In this role, you will be responsible for Certinia as it relates to Finance processes and connected tools

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these tools, creating reports/dashboards with them and providing overall support

* General Admin Duties: * Help manage and maintain our Salesforce / Certinia Platform along with the Admin Team, ensuring optimal performance and user experience for 1,000+ users across Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Finance

* Collaborate with the existing Salesforce Team made up of Admins and Business Analysts

* Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules to support diverse business needs

* Analyze data within Salesforce / Certinia to support business improvements and strategic decisions

* Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights

* Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities

* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing

* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Certinia advancements and implement new features strategically

* Work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Finance Certinia Admin Duties: * Manage and maintain our Certinia solution, primarily supporting Finance Team requirements

* Primarily Support our 40+ Finance Team users - based in the US and India

* Develop and automate reporting and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicator - specific to Finance * Assist with data migration and system configuration during potential upgrades or new implementations

Required Skills and Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator * Minimum 1 year of experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) working primarily with the financial modules: * Billing Central * Accounting * Order and Inventory Management * Revenue Management * Conga * Business Analytics * Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and automations

* Experience with Salesforce and Certinia reporting and dashboarding tools

* Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

* Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

* Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projectsPreferred Skills and Experience:

* Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified * Salesforce CPQ Certification Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Developer certifications (preferred) * Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database/SQL skills is a plus
