Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to market Hospital ERP Software solutions and related products.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments.
  • Generate and qualify leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
  • Close deals to expand the customer base and foster growth.
  • Identify and research target territories, creating a qualified list of accounts for business growth.
  • Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely submissions.
  • Create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales, ensuring favorable agreements and a positive client experience.
  • Lead product demonstrations to highlight the value of software solutions and address client-specific challenges effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
  • Oversee key account management activities, ensuring timely payment collection and resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or Hospital Information Software industry.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Knowledge of Hospital ERP software solutions is preferred.
