About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and industries.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market opportunities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscapes.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track and analyze sales performance data, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and monitor sales activities.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
