Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic cybersecurity sales team. The ideal candidates will drive lead generation and sales conversion through proactive cold calling and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching.

Requirements:
1. 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Product sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven track record of meeting/surpassing sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of IT solutions (software, hardware, services).
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
2. Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
3. Certification in sales or marketing.
