We are seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive **sales and customer success*at DappLooker. This role will involve generating revenue, managing customer relationships, identifying strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful technical integrations. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging outbound efforts, maintaining CRM systems, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive growth and reduce churn.
Responsibilities
Generate revenue from users, Layer1 chains, and DApps.
Identify integration opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with product leadership to identify partnerships that enhance product adoption and expand user base.
Organize developer events and forums with product, marketing, and content teams.
Enhance customer experience through onboarding, training, support, and feedback-driven product development.
Manage technical integration processes and optimize workflows using project management tools.
Coordinate communication and ensure timely project launches with external stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate sales-driven partnership announcements, content, and joint marketing activities.
Generate leads through outbound efforts and qualification calls to secure strategic agreements.
Maintain CRM with up-to-date information and health scores.
Initiate drip marketing campaigns to support sales and retention efforts.
Stay current on industry trends and share insights within the company.
What we Expect
0-5 years of experience in a business development role in Fintech, Blockchain, Web3, or a tech startup.
Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Understanding of the Blockchain landscape is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Self-motivated and mission-driven.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex technical features to cross-functional teams and clients.
