Job Description

As a Product UX Designer at DappLooker, you'll be overseeing the design and implementation of various feature upgrades for our growing suite of products. Youll work closely with the leadership team and engineers to always keep the scope and priorities clear and to ensure correct implementation of your designs.

You will be the first UX leader of our team, which will give you an opportunity to set up the process and lead the team in making the best user experience product.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams throughout the product development process.
Work with design tools like Figma, Canva.
Articulate your design solutions to stakeholders, peers, and executives for review and feedback.
Push the creative boundaries of DappLooker UX with your design explorations through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Work on broadly defined concepts and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables.
Actively find ways to improve DappLooker's product and developer experience.
Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture, supporting the team's current and long-term objectives.
Collaborate with the team to openly and humbly share and challenge ideas.

What we Expect

1-6 years of experience working as a product designer in the Web3 space. Data analytics product design experience is an added bonus.
You will be the first UX Leader, which means you'll lead the way.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
You will be directly working on the product from Day 1.
Understanding the logic in everything, including designs, as we are developers.
Understanding of the Blockchain landscape, products, and tools.
Demonstrable experience working in developer-focused products.
Experience working closely with marketing and engineering teams to ship successful products.
Solid understanding and ability to execute each stage of the design process, from requirements gathering to prototyping.
Ability to manage and take end-to-end ownership of projects, while gathering the necessary input from various team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to eloquently defend design ideas in executive and peer-review meetings.
Experience as a UX Developer with a portfolio showcasing Web3 and blockchain-related projects.
Experience working with The Graph or similar decentralized data querying tools.
Knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage.
