PrideVel is an information technology services company based in Mumbai, India. Our target market is primarily SME in North America, Europe and Middle East. We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Specialist with proven ability convert leads into sales in the North American market.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth knowledge of companys products and services
Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and digital and online tools
Qualify leads and maintain a database in the CRM system
Conduct cold calls, virtual meetings, and email contacts to present companies offerings
Understand customer requirements and pain points and offer appropriate solutions
Follow-up with leads to move them up the sales funnel
Work closely with the solutions team to close sales
Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
Keeps companys data and CRM database updated
Track performance metrics such as conversion rates etc.
Qualification:
3-5 years of inside sales experience in selling information technology products/services in the North American, European market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and a team player
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in selling Information Technology services is mandatory.
Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus
Knowledge of Digital marketing is a plus
