Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of healthcare software products or medical equipment in the Indian market.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the Senior Care, Assisted Care, or Home Care sectors (knowledge in these areas is a plus).
• Spend 70% of work time on the field, meeting potential customers and fostering business relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Report to the office once a week for updates, planning, and collaboration.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in healthcare software product sales or medical equipment sales (not pharmaceutical sales/medical representatives).
• Familiarity with Senior Care, Assisted Care, or Home Care industries is an advantage.
• Strong ability to initiate contact and build relationships through various channels, including cold calling and in-person visits.
• Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.

Soft Skills and Additional Expectations:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a flexible attitude and eagerness to contribute to a small, agile team.
