Technical Project Manager

Mandatory Skills

• Should have minimum 10+ yrs technical development experience as background in Java
• Should have strong experience in database (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL etc)
• Should have strong experience in GIT branching strategies.
• Should have strong experience in any cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
• Have good facilitation skills and should have facilitated the Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement.
• Have ability to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions. Should be able to facilitate quick resolution to keep teams highly motivated and productive.
• Should be able to understand the technical issues of the project and team members and be able to communicate the same to the stake holders in detail.
• Guide, Coach and Work with Product Owner for an effective Product Backlog Management
• Ensuring all required project related information/reports/dashboards as agreed and needed by the organization are up-to- date at all times and available, hence should be able to create an environment of transparency.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Responsible for coordination between different and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaboration.
• Faster team collaboration and help in identifying and resolving the conflicts.
• Excellent people management and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
