Job description :

• Managing the Technical Services team and oversee the operations of Tech Xpert.
• Guiding the team to achieve the budgeted targets of Influencers.
• Responsible for execution of Loyalty Scheme to bring incremental Sales Volumes.
• Responsible for all the quality issues and anchor the same in coordination with the quality heads
• Execution of All influencers meets as per the Business requirements.
• Responsible for cost optimization through strategic means of operations
• Developing the influencer Database in the assigned region to improve the Sales Volumes.
