Job Description

•Execution of mechanical maintenance for fans, pumps, crusher, screen, boiler feed pumps, boiler equipment’s & IBR work of boiler & pipeline, turbine & its Auxiliaries.

•Operation of CPP/GPP

•Execution of other maintenance activities in the plant like coal handling, plants AHP, DM plant, LBA, Raw material handling equipment, utilities.

•Execution of preventive maintenance & to ensure implementation of maintenance schedule as per the check point/SOP defined for each machine/equipment.

•Minimize Mechanical downtime will improve plant reliability.

•Maximize generation & usage of green power.

•Undertake regular inspection & coordinate with all dept. of CPP for maintenance work & with O&M contractors for availability of manpower & execution of maintenance work.

•Maintaining records for machines & equipment’s in defined form/formats as per IMS requirement.

•Maintaining daily maintenance work as per schedule, involving contractual work force.

•Monitoring housekeeping of Zone & implement best maintenance practices
