Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for real estate transactions, including agreements and lease accounting.
• Work closely with internal teams to track project expenses and profitability.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and taxation laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
