Cluster HR Manager (Talent Acquisition + Generalist) - Aurangabad (MH)

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR professional with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Generalist HR functions. The role involves 70% focus on Talent Acquisition and 30% focus on HR Generalist activities.

1. Talent Acquisition Lead:

• This role is responsible to attract and select the best-in-class Analytics- talent from our target industry segments.
• Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
• Effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
• Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on boarding
• Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions & ensures active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle

2. Cluster HR:

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances in a timely and fair manner.
• Monthly visits to assigned units to address HR needs and ensure proactive support.
• Work closely with the Unit Leadership Teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with unit goals.
• Design and execute initiatives to keep employees highly motivated, engaged, and committed.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
• Minimize attrition by identifying potential concerns and taking preventive actions.
• Partner with leadership teams to drive performance management, learning and development, and employee satisfaction.
• Facilitate HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
